Nathan was great at every step of the adoption process. When we first inquired about our pup he was very quick to respond and told us everything we asked about our pup. When we finally decided to buy our pup Nathan was very flexible as flat as payment options. Because we live in New York Nathan offered to deliver the pup halfway for us if we would meet him, but we ended up just flying there instead. When we did pick our pup up Nathan met us at the airport with medical documentation, a free travel bag for her, some kibble, and even some potty pads. For first-time buyers of puppies, we had a great experience with Nathan.
